What does the sentence “Each shaded cell must contain a different digit” mean?
    A) Digits in shaded cells must be different and it does not matter how many blank cells are among them?
    B) All digits (1-5) must be used exactly once and one (or more than one) cell will remain emtpy?

    Snake
The last sentence is not completed (it seems that some words are missing).
    What is the correct option?
    A) The snake must pass through each area in a different way (its behavior beyond the border is also taken into account)
    B) The snake must look differently in each area.

Shaded cells must have different content.
In the example you can see that you have 4 digits, but 5 shaded cells, so one cell remains empty

This part consists of some well known puzzles, but with an additional condition:
all the shaded areas should be filled/drawn/painted differently.

I will review the rules and fix,
    Thanks for noting

This doesn’t answer the question. What does it mean for the snake? Depending on whether you draw the snake as a collection of shaded cells or as some kind of path (like in the first puzzle of that round), the “must look different” rule can be interpreted differently.

It means what you can see on the example.
